Douglas Bieller has joined HeplerBroom LLC in the Edwardsville office as an associate attorney.
He concentrates his current practice in toxic tort, product liability, and construction litigation. Prior to joining HeplerBroom, he was an associate in a firm specializing in insurance defense litigation.
Bieller has represented individuals, businesses, homeowners’ associations, and insurance carriers in numerous matters including first and third party claims, insurance coverage opinions, premises liability, personal injury, and construction law. Additionally, he has trial experience with successful bench and jury verdicts and has achieved numerous successful case resolutions through mediation.
Bieller attended Southern Illinois University School of Law, where he obtained his juris doctorate. He attended Washington University in St. Louis for both his master of science in Construction Management, and his bachelor of science in Civil Engineering.
He is a member of The Missouri Bar, Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, Boone County Bar Association, and American Society of Civil Engineers. He is licensed to practice law in Missouri and the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri.
