A Madison County man says he was rear-ended by a distracted driver in Troy.
Jordan I. Failoni filed a lawsuit against Richard F. Weber Nov. 27 in Madison County Circuit Court.
Failoni says he was driving on Edwardsville Road on Feb. 10 when he was hit from behind by a car driven by Weber. Failoni accuses Weber of negligence for driving too fast and being distracted. He asks for more than $50,000 in damages for medical bills, loss of income and court fees.
Failoni is represented by attorney Gregory M. Tobin of East Alton.
