A student loan trust is claims a man hasn't made payments on his student loan debt since 2012.
The National Collegiate Student Loan Trust 2007-4 filed a complaint on May 19 in St. Clair County Circuit Court against Willie C. Robinson.
According to the complaint, the defendant obtained a student loan with the plaintiff on May 17, 2007. However, no payments haven bee made since June 2012, the suit states.
The plaintiff claims the balance still due is $59,232.52 and seeks the money it believes it's owed, plus court costs.
The plaintiff is represented by David Gordon of Blitt and Gaines PC in Wheeling.
