Belleville woman accused of running red light, causing crash

A Belleville woman is accused of running a red light and causing a crash at a St. Clair County intersection. Claire R. Masterson filed a lawsuit against Sandra L. Wenzel on Sept. 17 in St. Clair County Circuit Court. The alleged crash happened on Aug. 30, 2013, at the intersection of Old Collinsville Road and Frank Scott Parkway, according to the complaint.
