A St. Clair County man says he was was hurt when he was rear-ended while driving in Swansea.
Keith Gray filed a lawsuit against Susan Kleinhoffer Sept. 17 in St. Clair County Circuit Court.
According to the complaint, Gray was driving west on Frank Scott Parkway in April. As he neared the intersection of Thouvenot Lane, Gray alleges he was hit from behind by a car being driven by Kleinhoffer. Gray accuses Kleinhoffer of negligence and asks for more than $50,000 in damages for medical bills, loss of income and court fees.
