Grace period to register to vote in Madison County runs through Nov. 3

Voters who missed an Oct. 9 deadline to register to vote, may register in the Madison County County Clerk’s Office starting the day after the close of registration (Oct. 10) until three days prior to the election.

Those who register to vote during this defined “grace period” and want to vote in the upcoming election, must vote at the time of registration.

The Clerk’s office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Absentee Voting Period

Thursday, Sept. 27 through Monday, Nov. 5

Early Voting Period

Monday, Oct. 22 through Saturday, Nov. 3

Election Day

Tuesday, Nov. 6

Polls are open 6 a.m. – 7 p.m.
