A St. Clair County man says he was rear-ended while driving in Belleville.
Lynn Eicheleberger filed a lawsuit Aug. 22 against Donald Marshall in St. Clair County Circuit Court.
Eicheleberger says he was driving on Illinois Route 15 in September 2010. As he neared the intersection of South 11th Street, Eicheleberger claims he was hit from behind by a car driven by Marshall. Eicheleberger accuses Marshall of negligence and asks for more than $50,000 in damages for medical expense, lost wages and costs of the lawsuit.
