An area construction supply company is suing over products it allegedly provided to a Missouri landscaping company.
Swansea Building Products Corporation filed a lawsuit March 14 in St. Clair County Circuit Court against Diamond Wall Midwest Inc. of Valley Park, Mo.
According to the complaint, Swansea delivered merchandise totaling more than $372,000 to Diamond Wall Midwest. Swansea claims Diamond Wall Midwest has failed to pay for the products and services.
Swansea accuses Diamond Wall Midwest of a breach of contract and asks to be paid the balance due plus interest and court costs.
