A Glen Carbon woman is suing another driver for allegedly side swiping her car.
Roszell Johnson filed a lawsuit Jan. 26 in St. Clair County Circuit Court against Shannon R. Fenton.
Johnson says in March 2010 she was a passenger in a car driving east on West Main in Belleville. Johson claims Fenton merged into her lane, hitting the side of the car Johnson was riding in.
Johnson accuses Fenton of negligence and asks for at least $50,000 in damages for her injuries, lost income and court fees.
Johnson is represented by attorney Jarrod P. Beasley of Belleville.
